You may use a pre-paid return service label to ship your return merchandise for free! Reach out to us at email@example.com with your order number and we'll send you a free return label to ship the item back to us via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. You may return your item for free for any reason within our return period.
Returning Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or is not up to your expectations, contact us to have a free return label sent to you.
You will be refunded the purchase price as well as any applicable taxes and shipping costs.
Refund for Your Return
Refunds are provided in the original form of payment for the purchase price of the item, including sales tax, and will be issued within 30 days of us receiving the return.
Conceited is the only women’s clothing company with the level of confidence in our quality to supply and ensure guarantee on all items we make for 365 days from the delivery date.
All products will be covered for one year from date-of-purchase against issues arising from manufacturing defects and faults. During this time, we shall replace or refund the product if such defects are present.
