Rules and Conditions Governing Your Use of Our Services

We design every Conceited Co. piece to feel like it was made for you — and if it doesn't, we'll make it right. Returns are free, no questions asked. Here's everything you need to know.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags attached. We can't accept returns on items showing signs of wear, laundering, or alteration.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@conceitedco.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack the items securely, attach the label, and drop the package at any USPS location.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is on its way.
Free Return Shipping
Return shipping is on us for every order within the continental United States. There's no fee to deduct and no carrier to chase down — just use the prepaid label we send.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of our team receiving and inspecting your return. After we process the refund, your bank or card issuer typically posts the credit within 3–10 additional business days.
You'll be refunded the full price you paid for the returned items. Any expedited shipping fees you paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to place a new order for the item you want and send the original back for a refund. This way you don't wait for our warehouse to process the return before the new item ships.
If you'd rather wait for a direct swap, email us and we'll set it up.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong items, please email hello@conceitedco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — and we'll cover return shipping on the original.
Items That Can't Be Returned
- Items marked Final Sale on the product page
- Gift cards
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage not present at delivery
- Items returned without their original tags
International Returns
For orders shipped outside the continental US, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Email hello@conceitedco.com for return instructions and we'll do everything we can to make the process smooth from there.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your return was delivered to us but we have no record of receipt, please email hello@conceitedco.com with your tracking number. We'll work with the carrier to locate the package and process your refund as soon as we have proof of delivery.
