Our Promise to Stand Behind Every Product We Sell

Every order from Conceited Co. ships free within the United States — no minimum, no promo code, no fine print. Here's everything you need to know about how, when, and where we ship.

Free Standard Shipping

All orders within the United States ship free via USPS or UPS Ground. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after the order is processed. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout for a fee.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET on a business day are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on US holidays are processed the next business day.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard (Free): 3–5 business days after processing
  • Expedited: 2 business days after processing — rate shown at checkout
  • Overnight: Next business day after processing — rate shown at checkout

Delivery windows are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and peak shopping periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, December) can cause occasional delays outside our control.

Order Tracking

Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking number you can use anytime. If you have an account with us, you can also log in at any point to see the live status of every order.

Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 US states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and US military APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not currently available — we're working on it.

APO/FPO and PO Box Addresses

Yes, we ship to APO/FPO military addresses and to PO Boxes via USPS. Delivery times to APO/FPO addresses can vary widely depending on destination.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, email hello@conceitedco.com as soon as possible. We can usually update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet, but we can't reroute packages already in transit.

Multiple Shipments

Most orders ship in a single package. Large orders, or orders that mix in-stock items with preorder items, may ship in separate packages — you'll receive a tracking number for each.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't find it, first check with neighbors, your building's mail room, and any safe drop-off spots near the door. If 48 hours pass and the package still hasn't surfaced, email hello@conceitedco.com and we'll file a carrier claim and send a replacement.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout based on the shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws.
